Infinity Wealth Management & Air Canada Pilot Support Rebuild Dominica Inc
Mel Tewahade, Demetrius Apokremiotis, & Other Supporters To Be Featured During Press Conference Announcing Delivery of Medical Supplies Valued at $400,000 USD
Washington, D.C. (April 2, 2018) – Rebuild Dominica Inc (RebuildDominica.org) will host a press conference on Friday, April 27, 2018 at the Dominica Festival Committee Office in Roseau, Dominica.
The press conference will feature Mel Tewahade — CEO of InfinityWealth.net. Tewahade is an Ethiopian-American businessman who also serves as the Financial Advisor to the Ethiopian Crown Council (EthiopianCrown.org). He will be joined by Air Canada Pilot, Demetrius Apokremiotis.
Both Tewahade and Apokremiotis were instrumental in rushing medical supplies and aid to Dominica after Hurricane Maria. Apokremiotis, a Greek-Ethiopian resident based in Canada, has been an ally and friend to Dominica since 1979. Just days after Hurricane David devastated Dominica, a younger Apokremiotis packed his bags, gathered chain saws, and led a mission trip to render aid to Dominica with a group of humanitarian-inclined Canadians. Apokremiotis remained and lived in Dominica for a year after Hurricane David to help rebuild houses and provide additional support where needed.
In a September 2017 letter to Gabriel J. Christian, President of Rebuild Dominica Inc, Tewahade offered condolences to The Commonwealth of Dominica for the lives lost during Hurricane Maria. On Tuesday, September 19, 2017, he requested assistance from personal friend, Dr. Douglas Jackson — CEO of Project C.U.R.E. (ProjectCure.org).
This correspondence resulted in a donation of non-electrical medical equipment and medical supplies valued at $400,000 USD being approved by Project C.U.R.E. for shipment to Dominica. Included were donations of chainsaws valued at $10,000 USD, nails and tarps which were made by Tewahade and Dominican-native, Dr. Roy Mondesire — medical expert on infectious diseases and Chief Scientific Officer at RoMonics.com. A gift of 700 children toys made by ToysForGodsKids.org was also included.
In December 25th 2017, the emergency container arrived in Dominica with shipping fees underwritten by Infinity Wealth Management and the Law Firm of Gabriel Christian (MarylandAttorneyAtLaw.com). Dominica was crippled by Hurricane Maria and continues to work tirelessly with neighbors near and far to recover from the massive setbacks to the island’s infrastructure. Dominica is on track with hurricane reconstruction efforts through the leadership of NGOs like Rebuild Dominica Inc.

Philip, Treasurer CPA Dave Winston, Cecil “BJ” Lockhart of Lockhart Insurance Services, and Chairwoman LaDàna Drigo.
