If you loved one has Flow Mobile, you can send them a top off online today by logging on to https://www.topupflow.com/topup/order.

Just enter their mobile number after selecting Dominica’s 767 area code. Then hit the select” button to confirm it is a Flow Mobile. If so, you will then get to choose the amount you want to top off for that line.
