The Piney Woods School

RDI partnered with the historic Mississippi boarding school to create a scholarship pathway for Dominican students. The collaboration connects academic opportunity, character development and a wider network of support.

Project C.U.R.E.

RDI’s April 2018 release records non-electrical medical equipment and supplies valued at $400,000 USD, approved by Project C.U.R.E. and delivered in the December 25, 2017 emergency container.

Caribbean Cargo DC

Caribbean Cargo DC helped turn community generosity into practical relief by supporting the movement of supplies to Dominica after Tropical Storm Erika and Hurricane Maria.

Infinity Wealth Management

RDI’s April 2018 release credits Infinity Wealth Management with sharing the underwriting of shipping fees for the emergency medical container that arrived in Dominica on December 25, 2017. The release identifies Mel Tewahade as the firm’s CEO.

The Law Offices of Gabriel J. Christian

The same RDI release credits the Law Firm of Gabriel Christian with sharing the underwriting of shipping fees for the emergency medical container. The support helped move donated medical supplies from approval to delivery.

OmniSystems

RDI’s April 2018 release credits OmniSystems with launching, hosting and maintaining the organization’s website, strengthening the digital infrastructure behind relief communication and public engagement.

Agriculture and relief · 2015

Caribbean Agricultural Network

RDI’s 2015 reporting credits CAN with helping develop the Chocolat de la Dominique collaboration and linking Dominican cacao, agricultural enterprise and post-Erika relief. CAN and SPAGnVOLA committed 100% of proceeds from the first 1,000-bar production to relief, with a stated $25,000 fundraising goal.

SPAGnVOLA

SPAGnVOLA produced the premium Chocolat de la Dominique bar from Dominican cacao and dedicated the first production to RDI’s relief effort. RDI reported a $25 sale price and a commitment that 100% of proceeds from the first 1,000 bars would support relief.
