Rebuild Dominica is pleased to share some holiday cheer. Many thanks to  Jean-Marie Rayapen for providing a wonderful glimpse into the recent Christmas Party hosted by Portsmouth Community Watch Association with the leadership of former Mayor of Portsmouth Adenauer “Washway” Douglas.

The Christmas Party benefited the children of Portsmouth on our beautiful Nature Isle. It was hosted by the Portsmouth Community Watch Association in collaboration with our dear allies from the neighboring island of Guadeloupe and Martinique.
