Rebuild Dominica, Inc. is honored to spotlight Dr. Julius Garvey, a steadfast supporter and generous provider of 399 breadfruit plants to Dominica in 2015. Dr. Garvey is the President and Founder of the Marcus Garvey Institute for Human Development and the last son of The Right Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey, founder of the Universal Negro Improvement Association.
