A collection of books can open a door to a new idea, a career or a deeper understanding of home. Rebuild Dominica’s book donation to Dominica State College reflects that belief in practical educational support.
Knowledge shared across borders
Correspondence shared by Gabriel J. Christian in April 2025 described a coordinated pallet of books covering Dominican history, world history, health, science and career development. It also expressed RDI’s interest in future collaboration with the college.
A video published on Gabriel’s YouTube channel on October 2, 2025 documents RDI’s book donation and identifies Joan Christian as delivering remarks. The upload date is not confirmation of the date of the handover.

Education is a collective effort
Learning resources complement RDI’s scholarship work by supporting students closer to home. Together, these efforts invite donors, educators and volunteers to contribute in ways that fit their expertise.
